JULIA FRANCE, NP-BC    LANI ROSE E. PRIMERO, NP-C Since 1996, Accredited Cardiology of Arizona has been serving high quality, cost-effective cardiovascular care to the Valley. We continue to remain dedicated to the treatment and prevention of cardiovascular disease. While meeting the challenges of a successful cardiology practice, Accredited Cardiology of Arizona supports its mission through the utilization of nurse practitioners. The nurse practitioners are responsible and accountable for the continuous and comprehensive management of patients including:

  · Physical assessments with appropriate application of therapeutic modalities and nursing
    principles
  · Prevention of illness and disability
  · Health promotion and maintenance
  · Healthcare management during acute and chronic illness phases in both the hospital and
    office settings
  · Counseling
  · Management and coordination of patient care including the writing of prescriptions and the
ordering of laboratory and diagnostic studies
  · Collaboration with (and referrals to) other healthcare providers
  · Supervision of pharmacologic and exercise stress tests

Nurse practitioners work with physicians to deliver health care services within the scope of their professional expertise. By collaborating with practitioners, Accredited Cardiology of Arizona is able to provide more timely, deliberate, and cost-effective care to a greater number of patients. This team-oriented approach to health care management is instrumental in the provision of high quality care. Patients may request to be seen by their provider of choice when scheduling their appointment, but be advised that the physicians are intermittently forced to reschedule or cancel their clinic appointments when hospital emergencies arise.

                    Sincerely and Professionally Yours,
